Chamet payments and MetWallet
Hosts and agents are paid through MetWallet, Chamet's payout wallet. Bind it once, reach the US$10 minimum, and move money to the withdrawal methods available in your country.
How payouts work
- Create a MetWallet account and complete its verification (KYC).
- Bind MetWallet in Chamet (hosts) or in the agency dashboard (agents).
- Once your balance reaches US$10 (100,000 Beans for hosts), it is transferred to MetWallet.
- From MetWallet, withdraw to a bank or wallet method offered in your country.
Before your first withdrawal
- Make sure the name in MetWallet matches your ID and verification details.
- Check which withdrawal methods exist in your country — ask us if you are unsure.
- Keep your transaction IDs; they speed up any support request.
Problems?
Most delays come from unfinished verification, a name mismatch or a wrong account number. See withdrawal pending or failed and how to bind MetWallet, or message us with the transaction ID.
