Who we are

This website is run by Chamet Agency (“we”). For any question about your personal data, email us at support@rchametagency.com.

What we collect and why

• Application form: name, WhatsApp number, country, the role you are interested in, your message, and your confirmation that you are 18+. Purpose: to contact you about joining. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
• Messages on WhatsApp or Telegram: what you send us. Purpose: to answer you. Legal basis: consent and steps before a cooperation (Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Analytics: only if you accept analytics cookies — pages visited and buttons clicked, via Google Analytics. Legal basis: consent.
• Technical logs: IP address and request data kept briefly by our hosting provider for security. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Who receives your data

Our hosting provider (Vercel), our email provider Resend (which delivers your application to our inbox), Meta (WhatsApp) or Telegram when you message us, and Google (Analytics) only with your consent. Where data is transferred outside the EU, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

Applications: up to 12 months after our last contact. Analytics data: up to 14 months. You can ask us to delete your data sooner.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time by emailing support@rchametagency.com. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.
